The software, including the demo version, are provided “as is” and Health Economica Ltd accept no responsibility for any errors or their consequences.

The software “Automatic Markov Model Wizards” are sold on an annual license fee basis starting from the day of installation of the software on the end-user’s computer, after which an encryption key will be required to extend the license. Encryption keys will be available from Health Economica at the price at the time of purchase.

A pre-order option is available to those who, perhaps for budgetary period purposes, wish to pre-order before the full version is available. No guarantee is made as to the timing of the availability of the 3 full versions; however, a 25% price reduction is available for all pre-orders.

The software requires Microsoft Excel from Microsoft Office 2000 or higher to be installed on the end-user’s computer. In addition, the software requires the use of an encryption software (LockXLS Runtime module) which will be automatically installed on the end-user’s computer at the time of installation of the software. The LockXLS Runtime module is also used for the verification of time and date via the internet.
